There’s not better way than going all natural.
Mucus is something everyone has, and some people wish they had a lot less of the stringy, gooey stuff. Sure, it can be gross to blow globs of snot into tissue after tissue when you have a cold or sinus infection, but mucus actually serves a very important purpose. According to Neil L. Kao, MD, associate professor of medicine at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, Mucus’ mission is to produce tissue lines the mouth, nose, sinuses, throat, lungs, and gastrointestinal tract. Mucus acts as a protective blanket over these surfaces, preventing the tissue underneath from drying out. You have to keep them moist, otherwise they’ll get dry and crack, and you’ll have a chink in the armor. But worry no more, here’s a very good recipe that came from the ancient civilizations. Try it on your own and be amazed of its wonders.
1/2 kg carrots
3-4 tbsp organic honey
Peel and cut your carrots into chunks. Boil until soft and turn off your gas. Strain the carrots and preserve the liquid they cooked in. Mash your carrot chunks or let the blender do its job here.
Stir 3-4 tablespoons of honey into the water your cooked the carrots in, then add your carrot purée. That is your homemade cough syrup all done. Store it in cold place.
Take 3-4 tablespoons of the remedy. You should feel better within a day or two.
This ancient recipe will help you eliminate that stubborn mucus from your lungs and relieve your cough.
