Acro Yoga is the name!
Yoga has become a great and relaxing activity for a lot of us. People of any age, and any gender had been practicing Yoga for a long time. And it’s no question why. It’s great for our health, our bodies, it helps us stretch our bodies, center our minds and strengthen our muscles. It’s a great form of exercise that does wonders to our overall health. Although it is a bit hard to accomplish, it is still a very rewarding sport to practice.

What Chelsey Korus and Matt Giordano do in the yoga studio is far, far beyond anything I’ve seen before. It’s called acro yoga, a partner yoga practice combining traditional yoga, acrobatics and gymnastics, and therapeutic elements of massage. The partner on the bottom has the most contact with the ground, and uses both their arms and legs to support the flyer. While both partners need to be incredibly fit, coordinated, and trusting, the flyer needs to have incredible core strength and, above all, a huge sense of confidence!
