Admit it, there are times that you are too lazy to do your workout.
You’re already thinking of being tired, having sore muscles. stretched gluts and aching back and arms? That’s really not a good attitude and mindset in life. We must always be positive for all things that we know will benefit us in the end. There will also be a time that we realize that why do we need to workout, well of course, you have to do it to maintain your healthy body and live longer. Who doesn’t want that? Which is why we have compiled here a list of tasks that are considered almost a workout but it doesn’t mean that you should skip doing your daily routine because you’re doing most of task on the list. This serves as a reminder that you, need to keep your body healthy and strong.
1. Putting on a really tight pair of jeans.
That looks harder than a push-up!
2. Opening a jar that’s been sitting in the fridge too long.
Major arm muscle building going on!
3. Screaming with everything you’ve got.
Try it, you’ll find that you need to put your whole body into it to get a decent volume!
4. Coughing and sneezing.
Three days with a cold and cough and you already look like you have abs.
5. Trying to go against the flow in the local train.
The pushing and shoving make for major resistance training!
6. Driving a stick shift in traffic.
Clutch and brake, accelerate. Clutch and brake, accelerate. Stop, start, stop, start. You’re getting a leg workout right there.
7. Going down in the middle of the night, to switch off your car alarm.
And of course, the lift doesn’t work so you have to take the steps up. Major effort!
8. Blow-drying your hair.
Holding the heavy hair dryer up there for so long works out your biceps and triceps!
